We use various methods to evaluate our customers satisfaction. We are always asking them for the feedback to understand what we can do better to meet their needs. During our management meetings, we analyze our success as well as failure to meet our customers’ expectations. We expand and apply successful experiences to other processes, and investigate and eliminate the cause of failures.
We use various techniques such as capability studies, statistical analysis, yield/lost evaluation, and gauge reproducibility and repeatability studies to monitor, evaluate and improve all our processes. We employ effective and robust production procedures with strategic inspection points to ensure achievement of the planned results, to meet or exceed our customer needs and to comply with regulatory requirements.
Our inspection equipment and instruments are calibrated at regular intervals to ensure accuracy of measurements and to provide reliable evidence of our product conformity to requirements. All instruments are calibrated using measurement standards outlined in the N.I.S.T. The calibration complies with MIL-STD-45662A, ISO 17025-2005 and NASI/NCSL Z540-3-2006. The test accuracy ratios are better than 4:1 unless otherwise specified.
